Construction of the Brooklyn Park facility began in 2002 and was completed in 2004. Flour was the A&E design firm, and the greenfield project cost $220M to complete. The facility totals approximately 215,000 SF and contains 22,000L of mammalian cell culture manufacturing capacity. Support spaces include ample laboratory, office and warehouse, along with a flexible annex that provides an opportunity for expansion.
